The First Robotic Dairy Farm in Texas

The Waldo Way Farm in Mineola is the first robotic dairy in the State of Texas. Waldo Way produces organic, A2 raw milk from Guernsey cattle. The milking robot, named Rosie, was modified from assembly robots used in the automotive industry, and the farm’s cows freely walk in on their own up to three times daily to be milked.
Waldo Way produces A2 raw milk, yogurts, butter, cheeses and other raw and organic foods including aquaponic greens.
